This website is for members of the TRADE ONLY.
All products & information on this website are for qualified or training professionals in either the hair, beauty or nail trade.
We accept no responsibility for any product misuse, injury or damage.
All products on this website are sold on the understanding they will be used for their intended purpose.
You are responsible to ensure you are insured to use the products purchased.
We may request proof of qualification before goods are sent.
PRICES & PAYMENT
We reserve the right at any time to amend/correct the price of products on this website.
All product prices are shown excluding & including VAT & are pound sterling (£).
A vat receipt will be issued with the products upon delivery.
Payment is required in full & must be cleared before the order will be dispatched.
Any cancelled orders will incur a cancellation fee which will be calculated at the time on the final value of the order.
DELIVERY
Orders are sent only within the UK
All orders will incur a £4.99 delivery charge
Orders within a 10 mile radius & over £75 (inc VAT) will be delivered the same working day on our delivery run (if ordered before 11am)
All other orders will be dispatched between 1-3 working days via Royal Mail, 1st Class Recorded Delivery.
We are not repsonsible for any parcels that go missing once handed over to Royal Mail/Post Office Agency.
If a delivery does go missing it is the customers responsibilty to claim via Royal Mail.
We will provide as much proof of posting as possible for you to continue with your claim.
RETURNS
All deliveries must be inspected on arrival & any discrepancies must be notified by email or telephone within 7 working days of delivery.
PRODUCTS
All descriptions & images on this website are as accurate as possible but may differ.
All products are subject to availability.
We try to keep this website upto date as much as possible, however due to the amount of products we stock, it is impossible for all stock quantities to be 100% accurate.
Therefore, if a product is out of stock that has been ordered, we will contact you via email to confirm the next step to be taken.
However, if this product has been discontinued by the supplier, we will refund the payment for this.
