By visiting this website or making a purchase, you accept the following T&C's.

This website is for members of the TRADE ONLY.
All products & information on this website are for qualified or training professionals in either the hair, beauty or nail trade.
We accept no responsibility for any product misuse, injury or damage.
All products on this website are sold on the understanding they will be used for their intended purpose.
You are responsible to ensure you are insured to use the products purchased.
We may request proof of qualification either before goods are sent or you maybe selected for a random check during the lifetime of your account. 

PRICES & PAYMENT
We reserve the right at any time to amend/correct the price of products on this website.
All product prices are shown excluding VAT which is calculated & added to the order at checkout.
A vat receipt will be issued with the products upon delivery.
Payment is required in full & must be cleared before the order will be dispatched.
Any cancelled orders will incur a 10% cancellation fee which will be calculated at the time on the final value of the order. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders due to a pricing/description error as long as the error is noticed and rectified prior to dispatch.
Refunds can take upto 7 working days to be processed.

LEYTON HOUSE PURCHASES
Leyton House products listed on this website are only available to customers with a shipping address in the South Yorkshire area starting with 'S' due to postcode restrictions implemented by Leyton House Professional.
Any orders placed outside of this shipping area containing just Leyton House products will be cancelled & a cancellation charge may be deducted before the payment is refunded.
Any orders placed outside of this shipping area containing a mix of Leyton House and other branded products will have the Leyton House products removed and partially refunded and the other branded items shipped as usual. If after removing any Leyton House products the order value then becomes below the free delivery paid level of £60+vat, a postage charge of £4.99+vat will be applied before the partial refund for the Leyton House products is made.
Refunds can take upto 7 working days to be processed.

DELIVERY
Orders are sent only within the UK.
P&P is free for orders over £60+vat (£4.99 charge if below)
Orders within a 10 mile radius & over £75 (inc VAT) maybe delivered the same working day on our personally run delivery route (if ordered before 11am, Mon-Fri)
All other orders will be dispatched between 1-5 working days (Mon-Fri) via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Dependant on weight and content, a courier maybe used instead.
If you are not at the delivery address to accept this parcel, the postal company may leave it in a 'safe place' unless otherwise instructed.
We are not responsible for any parcels that go missing once handed over to the postal company used.
If a delivery does go missing, it is the customers responsibility to claim from the postal company used. 
We will provide as much proof of posting as possible for you to continue with your claim.
Claims can only be made after the parcel's due date plus 10 working days.

RETURNS
All deliveries must be inspected on arrival & any discrepancies must be notified by email within 3 working days of delivery.
Any returns requests must be made by emailing [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your delivery, stating your order reference number & reason for returning and then must be returned within the next 14 days of this request.
Returns will not be accepted if this hasnt been authorised by ourselves first.
Goods must be returned in the original packaging, unopened & unused condition and return postage paid by the Buyer.
Once received back to us, goods will be assessed & the relevent credit/exchange will be issued for the goods total only and not the original postage paid.
If the order originally qualified for free delivery but the value of the return now brings the original order under the free delivery rate of £60+vat, an additional £4.99+vat will also be deducted from the refund to cover the postage fee.
Buyers will only be entitled to an 80% refund on the item(s) purchased due to a 20% restocking fee.
This process can take approx. 14 days to complete and a refund to be issued.


PRODUCTS
All descriptions, sizing & images on this website are kept as accurate as possible but may differ and the current product (as it stands) will be sent.
Colours may vary slightly to what is pictured as different monitors display colours differently.
All products are subject to availability.
We try to keep this website upto date as much as possible, however due to the amount of products we stock, it is impossible for all stock quantities to be 100% accurate.
Therefore, if a product is out of stock that has been ordered, we will contact you via email to confirm the next step to be taken.
However, if this product has been discontinued by the supplier, we will firstly try to contact the manufacturer to see if further stock is available.
This may take upto a week. If no further stock is available, we will refund the payment for this.
If you order any items listed as 'PREORDER' with other items, the entire order will be sent out together around the date listed on the preorder item - items will not be sent seperately.
Buying limits maybe applied to certain product lines if we feel the amount ordered is inline with inappropiate buying behaviour.
All products are sold for intended use by qualified or training hair or beauty professionals only (NOT BY MEMBERS OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC)


GUARANTEE
Products maybe guaranteed by the manufacturer's warranty if applicable.
Any faulty items which are still under the manufacturer's warranty must be reported & sent back to us or the manufacturer, dependant on the products terms & conditions, at your expense & will be inspected by the manufacturer before a replacement or refund, if applicable, will be issued.
